Anton is a seasoned investment and finance professional. For a major part of his career, Anton worked at a Mayfair-based investment management firm, where he was actively engaged in business formation and development. The company went through the cycle of development from a start-up family office to a multi-service FCA-regulated investment management and brokerage business. Prior to launching Icebrg, Anton has focused on advising UHNWIs on venture capital investments.

Anton has 17+ years of experience in quantitative development and data engineering across top-tier hedge funds and investment banks, including Brevan Howard and Societe Generale. He has built production systems spanning real-time P&L and risk analytics, equity factor models, algorithmic trading, and large-scale data pipelines across Equity, Futures, and Fixed Income. Anton holds FRM, CQF and CFA Level 1 certifications.

Nigel is a Chartered Accountant and wealth management operations expert with over 35 years of experience. As a Founding Director of Ascentric and the IFDL outsourced service, he played a pivotal role in shaping early platform operations. Throughout his career, Nigel has successfully managed the launch and expansion of the Macquarie UK Wrap, Winterflood Business Services, and CMC Invest, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He offers extensive knowledge in operations, scalable processes, and CASS compliance. Nigel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA) and holds an MCSI from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Anton has a solid background as a DevOps engineer and Chief Information Officer. Anton headed an IT department at Tatris Group, where he successfully completed multiple complex technology projects. He worked as a developer at Dataport Systems.

Diana brings over 10 years of experience in global ecommerce and digital growth, specialising in customer acquisition, paid media optimisation, and online revenue growth across retail, FMCG, and B2B sectors. She has held senior roles at leading brands including LGC Standards, Planet Organic, and Myprotein.

Kirill has 14+ years of professional experience as a big data engineer and software architect. Kirill has vast experience in building various systems related to trading applications covering different asset classes, including automated and algorithmic trading. Kirill led the development and software architecture.

Aleksandr is a Full-Stack/Frontend Developer with 8+ years of experience in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and .NET. He has extensive experience building scalable solutions and launching projects from scratch across domains such as fintech, healthcare, and productivity tools. He specializes in designing efficient architectures, optimizing performance, and forming and managing teams in numerous successful startups.

Ilya is an AI & Machine Learning Engineer focused on designing and deploying scalable intelligent systems. A graduate of the University of Cambridge, he combines a strong academic foundation with startup experience. As a founding team member at a UK startup, he helped build the core AI product, contributing across the full development lifecycle from research and prototyping to deployment and optimization.

Maria is an interface and product designer with more than 6 years of experience. She graduated from St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University. She designed validators for public transport, then worked at Garpix, where she designed websites, web, and mobile apps. She also worked at Nigma, where she developed a mobile app for the B2C car maintenance sector and a web app for the B2B fleet management sector.
